TriageFlow — About

TriageFlow is built and operated by Universal Global Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House No 17423506) with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Support: [email protected].

What is TriageFlow?

TriageFlow is a single, one-word product name for AI-powered GitHub issue triage — unrelated to hospital, clinical, or emergency-room medical triage. Medical triage is the sorting of patients by severity in a care setting; TriageFlow sorts software issues by severity in a repository. It reads issue titles, bodies and metadata only, applies labels and priority, groups duplicates and records an audit rationale you can verify in your dashboard.

What TriageFlow does

Zero Source-Code Access by Design

Unlike code-scanning bots, TriageFlow's GitHub App only requests permissions for Issues and repository metadata — it has zero access to your source code (contents: none), and never trains AI models on your private tickets. For our data-processing terms and DPA, contact [email protected]. Verified in the public App manifest (permissions: issues: write, metadata: read; events: issues, issue_comment).

Triage suggestions are AI-generated and assist your team — a human should review high-priority recommendations before release.
